    A focused 90-minute working session designed to answer one question clearly: where can AI make a real difference in your association right now?

    We run this as a practical session with you (and key team members if helpful), working through your current workflows, where your team is stretched, and what’s been sitting on the “we should get to this” list.

    From there, we identify a small number of high-impact AI opportunities tailored to how your organisation actually operates — not generic use cases, but specific to your context.

    After the session, we provide a short, board-ready summary outlining your priorities, recommended tools, and a clear path forward.

  • AI Ready Program

    $5,000 – $6,500 — flat fee, scoped upfront

    This is where we take the opportunities identified in the Clarity Session and turn them into working systems your team can actually use.

    We work with you to map your key workflows in more detail, confirm priorities, and identify where AI will save time or unlock work that isn’t getting done today. From there, we recommend and vet the right tools, set them up for your organisation, and build up to five practical AI workflows tailored to how your team operates.

    Throughout the process, we work directly with your team — configuring tools together, testing outputs, and making sure everything fits your day-to-day reality. Every workflow is designed with a human review step built in, so your team stays in control of what goes out.

    Alongside the setup, we provide clear, simple documentation and step-by-step process guides your team can follow. We also outline a governance approach your board can understand — including how tools are selected, how outputs are reviewed, and what data is involved.

    By the end of the program, your team isn’t experimenting with AI — you’re using it confidently in your regular work. Delivered over 4–8 weeks, fully remote, with support throughout.

  • AI Confidence Retainer
    $350/month — available after the AI Ready Program

    Once your AI workflows are in place, this retainer ensures they continue to work well — and continue to evolve as your organisation’s needs change.

    We stay connected to your team through a monthly check-in, where we review how things are working in practice, answer questions, and identify any adjustments that would make your workflows more effective or easier to use.

    Between check-ins, you have a trusted partner to sense-check decisions, flag concerns, and help you respond to new questions — whether that’s a board query, a change in a tool’s terms, or a new use case your team wants to explore.

    We also monitor the tools you’re using and flag anything that matters from a privacy, security, or functionality perspective — so you’re not left trying to keep up with changes on your own.

    Each quarter, we refine or expand one workflow, helping you gradually build on what you’ve already implemented in a way that stays practical and manageable.

    This isn’t about adding more tools. It’s about making sure what you’ve already built continues to deliver value — and continues to feel safe, clear, and under control.

  • Custom Engagement
