Terms of Sale

These terms apply when you buy an online course or digital product from Grow to Impact ("we", "us") at growtoimpact.ca. By completing your purchase, you agree to them.

1. What you're buying Online access to the course you choose, including its lessons, templates and final quiz. Individual enrolment is for one person. Team enrolment is for up to five people from the same organization.

2. Access After you pay, you'll receive login details by email. Your access lasts for at least 12 months from purchase. We may update lessons and templates to keep them current.

3. Prices and payment Prices are in Canadian dollars. Payment is taken in full at checkout through our secure payment provider. We don't see or store your full card details.

4. Using the templates You may use, edit and share the templates within your own organization, including with your staff, board and volunteers. Please don't resell them, publish them as your own, or share your course login outside your enrolment.

5. Certificates A certificate of completion is issued when you pass the final quiz (8 out of 10). It confirms you completed the course. It is not a professional designation or accreditation.

6. Not legal advice The course and templates are general, practical guidance. They aren't legal, privacy or professional advice. Check what applies to your organization, and get professional advice where you need it.

7. Refunds See our Refund Policy.

8. Privacy We use your name and email to give you access, send your certificate and respond to you. See our privacy policy for details. You can unsubscribe from any marketing email at any time.

9. Our responsibility We work hard to make the course accurate and useful. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid for the course.
